Warranty terms and conditions
The basic warranty covers the following services supplied by Gefran:
- timely replacement or repair of inverters that are found to be faulty, free of charge
- supply of spare parts, free of charge.
The warranty covers malfunctions and/or defects that occur within the first 5 years of the inverter's life.
In the event of a fault, the end customer must contact the installer, who will notify Gefran.
Extension of the warranty period
You may purchase an optional extended warranty, available upon request, to cover the inverter for up to 20 years, the entire duration of the "Conto Energia" incentive package.
Extended warranties can be tailored on the basis of the specific requirements of installers or end customers.
