The "active" string box measures the current in each string to enable continuous monitoring and immediate detection of any faults on defective strings.
Any faulty strings are located immediately, which cuts machine downtimes to a minimum and helps to optimise assistance, since service technicians know which strings need repairing without having to touch the others, which can continue to work.
The wide voltage range of up to 1000 Vdc makes this unit compatible with all modules, including latest-generation cells.
