The main features are its latest-generation power components and specific and highly innovative control algorithms.
This inverter operates at temperatures of up to 50°C without power derating and at a maximum voltage of 1,000 Vdc to optimise plant design and reduce DC wiring between strings to a minimum.
It is much smaller than other inverters currently available on the market and all internal components are very easily accessible.
Gefran offers “transformerless” (TL) versions for multi-inverter systems. In that case the PV plant comprises a single grid output transformer. This eliminates the significant power loss that would occur when using several dedicated transformers for each inverter.

| (1) The recommended maximum power of the PV field is usually calculated considering a correction factor of 0.85: PDC max = PAC nom / 0.85. The correction factor may however vary, depending on the geographical location, ambient temperature and type of installation. (2) For string configurations, maximum recommended Vdc voltage 965V. If using the ground kit, maximum Vdc = 900V. (3) Up to voltage 400V -5%. (4) At 290V. (5) The acceptable range for the inverter output voltage is 270...400V (-15% +10%). This can be configured in the field on request. For each particular case the output voltage must be selected at the design stage, from within the accepted range. (6) Refers to the DC/AC conversion part, excluding auxiliary power supply. |
