Given the success of the incentive scheme introduced by the Ministerial Decree of 19 February 2007, which suggests the fundamental validity of the basic principles of this legislation, ANIE-GIFI (the Italian Federation of Electrotechnical and Electronics Industries and the Italian PV Industry Association), APER (the Association of Producers of Energy from Renewable Sources) and ASSOSOLARE (the Association of Italian Photovoltaic Companies) sincerely hope that the main points of the scheme will be re-confirmed.

The inverter's DC (direct current) power rating should not be more than ten percent less than the power capacity of the PV array.
